OBJECTIVES
STYLES & TECHNIQUES

Work with a manufacturer to assist in promoting their products by creating professional and unique layouts that showcase their products.

Develop a one-on-one relationship with a scrapbook and/or rubberstamping publication in order to provide cards, layouts, projects, and articles as requested.

I love to try new products and techniques.  I generally try every new technique that comes around at least once.  My favorite techniques include rubberstamping and inking everything, giving my projects an antiqued aged-look.  I scrapbook both 8.5x11 and 12x12 depending on which album I am working on at the time.  Generally my preference would be 8.5x11.  In addition to scrapbooks, I also enjoy doing digital scrapbooking, altered art and other creations including greeting cards, mini books (flag books, tag books, star books), domino art (pins, magnets, wall art, trays), frames (wall and stand alone), tiles (magnets, coasters, hot plates), canvas, altered tins, candles, paper mache, etc.

I began scrapbooking in 1997, long before it was all the rage and stickers were the ‘in’ things to use.  I have come a long ways over the years.  In 2002, I added rubber stamping to my list of skills and have incorporated that technique into my many many of my creations.  I love scrapbooking, and try to scrapbook at least a little bit every day.  On average, I would say I scrap around 10-15 hrs a week. I pride myself on being highly dependable.  I am very organized and can put a layout or project together fairly quickly.  I am enthusiastic and up for just about any challenge thrown my way.  I am dedicated and reliable, I will strive to meet deadlines to the best of my abilities.  I thrive on thinking outside the box and coming up with creative new ideas.

I have taught a number of classes at my local scrapbook store and crops, as well as taught students one on one.
